Questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. You get 14 days of the full workspace, and you don't need a card to start.

Do my clients need an account?

No. Every proposal, invoice, form, booking page and shared folder is a link. Clients open it, sign, pay or upload without signing up for anything.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every workspace gets its own subdomain, and you can connect a custom domain like portal.yourstudio.com. Your logo, colours and favicon replace ours.

Can my team work in it too?

Yes. Invite people to your workspace and give each role its own permissions, so a designer can run projects without seeing invoices.

Is there a mobile app?

There is an Android app with the full workspace and push notifications. An iPhone app is coming soon; until then, the web app works in Safari.

How does WhatsApp work?

Two ways. The Mind browser extension adds an Add to AROOOXA button inside WhatsApp Web, so any chat becomes a contact in one click. And each team member can link their own number by scanning a QR code to message clients and schedule sends from AROOOXA.

What exactly does tracking show me?

When each proposal, invoice, form, booking page or shared folder is opened, the approximate location and device, time on page, scroll depth, time per section and a heatmap. You get a push notification on the first open.

Which AI assistants work with AROOOXA?

Any app that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol), including Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and Cursor. The AROOOXA MCP server gives the assistant over 90 actions across clients, proposals, invoices, projects and tasks, with the same permissions as your account.

Can I bring my existing clients?
